Thank you for your interest in contributing ideas, artwork, photography, videos, or other materials (collectively, “Submissions”) to Matchstick Golf. By submitting any material to Matchstick Golf, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
By submitting any content to Matchstick Golf, you acknowledge and agree that:
Matchstick Golf shall own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Submission, including but not limited to any and all intellectual property rights, whether now known or hereafter devised.
You irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to Matchstick Golf all rights associated with your Submission, including the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, sell, distribute, and otherwise exploit the Submission in any manner and in any media, now known or hereafter developed, worldwide and in perpetuity.
You understand and agree that you are submitting content voluntarily and that Matchstick Golf is under no obligation to provide you with compensation, recognition, or attribution of any kind.
Matchstick Golf may, at its sole discretion, choose to compensate contributors on a case-by-case basis, but such compensation is not guaranteed, expected, or required.
By making a Submission, you:
Waive any right to bring a claim against Matchstick Golf or its affiliates for the use, reproduction, sale, or distribution of the Submission or any derivative product.
Agree not to seek monetary or non-monetary recompense, legal remedies, or injunctive relief in connection with your Submission.
You represent and warrant that:
You are the original creator of the Submission or have full legal rights to submit the content to Matchstick Golf.
Your Submission does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
Your Submission complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
To the extent your Submission includes your name, likeness, voice, or other identifiable information, you grant Matchstick Golf the right to use such elements in connection with the Submission and related promotions without additional approval or compensation.
You agree that no confidential or fiduciary relationship is intended or created between you and Matchstick Golf by your Submission. Matchstick Golf is not obligated to keep your Submission confidential.
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Matchstick Golf concerning Submissions and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications or agreements, whether oral or written.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By submitting content to Matchstick Golf, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
