Handmade in my Portland, Oregon workshop, this blue, orange, and white golf headcover is made from a reclaimed vintage New York basketball jersey.
It features marine-grade stitching, and comes pretreated for UV and water protection. The middle structural layer is made from American-made industrial poly felt, making the entire headcover machine washable.
The fleece liner is made from orange Polartec 200, the original premium and highly durable fleece.
To craft this design, I repositioned the Champion sizing tag from the bottom of the jersey so it's at the top. Then I took the ribbing from orange and white ribbing from the neckline and added it to the bottom, creating a touch of added visual and physical texture.
