Handmade in my Portland, Oregon workshop, this blue, orange, and white golf headcover is made from a reclaimed vintage New York John Starks basketball jersey.
It features marine-grade stitching, and comes pretreated for UV and water protection. The middle structural layer is made from American-made industrial poly felt, making the entire headcover machine washable.
The fleece liner is made from orange Polartec 200, the original premium and highly durable fleece.
To craft this design, I repositioned the embroidered Champion patch from the chest of the jersey it's at the top. Then I took the orange-and-white ribbing from the neckline and added it to the bottom, finishing off with an orange zigzag stitch to create a touch of added visual and physical texture.
