For me, working in golf is about two things — making functional art, and meeting new people. Recently, I got to do the latter when I was invited onto the Salud Los Golferos podcast.
If you're not familiar, Los Golferos is a latino golf brand based across the West Coast that celebrates the culture along with friendship. They make some really great products, including some sarape towels that I think are absolutely incredible.
It was a super fun conversation, and they're really good dudes. I'll tell you what this conversation was like: have you ever been invited to a cookout with a friend, but you're going to a house where your friend is the only person who knows everyone? And then you get there, and eight minutes in you're hanging around the grill with a beer with everyone like they're old friends? It was like that.
